The MTA moved the Q23 onto Queens Boulevard to avoid traffic on Austin Street. Why not move the traffic instead?

Sometimes you need a car. And yes, there are gaps in public transportation. But that doesn’t mean we want the city to resign us all to life in transit deserts.
