Hank Gutman

Hank Gutman was commissioner of the Department of Transportation, the city’s second-most-important job, in the last year of the de Blasio administration. Before that, he was a litigation partner and head of the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He has served on boards of multiple public entities, such as Brooklyn Bridge Park.
