The EDC had a ribbon-cutting to celebrate a new piece of the “Blue Highway” infrastructure that is going to help get trucks off the road.

Plus it’s going to be a busy day today, what with a commercial waste zone hearing and an outdoor dining hearing at City Hall, both at 10 a.m. There’ll also be a hearing over a DOT rule change to allow for some commercial activity on car-free open streets. (The Post has been whipping that one up.) That’s also at 10 a.m.
