New Deputy Mayor for Operations Julia Kerson spoke truth to ineptitude at a press conference yesterday, accusing the former Adams administration of “interference” with bus lane projects, including one on Madison Avenue that new Mayor Mamdani has restarted along with his Department of Transportation Commissioner Mike Flynn,

These have been heady days for the new administration, what with Streetsblog’s Mamdani-O-Meter only being reset once (for a police sting at a cycling path that the mayor had just fixed!).

But the meter is back into positive numbers, so let’s roll it out:
