Hizzoner called a press conference to say that he wouldn’t revisit the corrupted process that led to a watered-down McGuinness Blvd. safety plan. In fact, he called that process — which started with a community plan, but was truncated after his chief aide was allegedly bribed by opponents — a “win.”
