    I get so sad every week when I see the this list. But we should all be so thankful the NYPD is cracking down on bicycle commuters. Well, here’s an idea for the NYPD: Pick any intersection in any Borough and set up an observation and ticketing post. Then on each light change for 24 hours they can issue at least one summons to a vehicle for passing through a red light, speeding, reckless driving, failing to yield to pedestrians in a pedestrian crosswalk. That’s a lot of tickets and a lot of revenue. Then, the following day just pick another random intersection somewhere else and do the same. And then do this over and over again every day. And if you see a cyclist make a right on red, well I guess you can give that guy a ticket also. But please, NYPD, please target your traffic enforcement where it will really make a difference.
