Where does the Advance let on it is in favor of bike racks, in that “Borough of car lovers”

I am glad articles like these are being catalogued. When SI grinds to a halt because SUVs are a stupid tranportaion choice, it can be pointed out residents were not interested in alternatives.

  • Short sighted of the MTA to sell off the buildings.

  • Streetsman

With regards to the Greenmarket vendors, they should just need to amend their street activity permit to include some parking spots. May cost a little more, but that’s the deal…

  • The Truth

It’s good to see the Post doesn’t buy the SBA’s argument that it’s not really corruption if there’s a CULTURE of corruption.

What was most troubling about the SBA’s defense of ticket fixing was the implied blackmail of politicians involved. If the political machines are using the ability to fix tickets to support their base, this investigation needs to go much deeper!

  • There’s a garage on the west side of Edgecombe Avenue at 145th Street, across the street from the Greenmarket. Sonya Simmons could leave her car there and sleep at home.
