BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 13, 2006 (AP) — A rare early October snowstorm left parts of western New York blanketed with 2 feet of snow Friday morning. … Unnecessary driving was banned in Buffalo and suburbs Amherst, Blasdell, Orchard Park and Hamburg.

  • The fact that there even could be such a thing as unnecessary driving is a little disturbing. Well, unless you’re lucky enough to find all driving unnecessary!
